Sherwood EMM is building a world-class High Purity Manganese plant in South Africa, to be located in the Northern Cape Province.

The plant will produce up to 40,000 tons of high-purity manganese (manganese contained) for use primarily in the EV and bulk-storage battery industry. The plant's full production is expected in 2027.
